Barbara Fraser, candidate for Missouri State Senate district 24, held her Campaign Kickoff this past Thursday, June 18^th at the new Moonrise Hotel in The Loop.  Missouri State Representative Rachel Storch introduced Barbara to the 150 guests.  In her speech, Ms. Fraser said, “With your help, we can continue my winning record.  I have won every one of my eight contested races.  In my County Council race in 2006, I defeated a 16 year incumbent opponent, which many said couldn’t be done.”
