What works for you?

Do you diet? Do you eat anything you want and keep your weight where you want it? Seems everyone is so different. My downfall is portion sizes. I have never had a sweet tooth nor do I eat chips, candy or regular soda. I am just not into "junk food", yet I simply eat too much of the healthy things I do eat. Bummer. lol When I simpy cut those portions in half, and stay away from things like butter & cheese the weight falls off of me. For examply in September I cut all butter, cheese and anything fried and limited my red meat intake and lost 35 lbs! I didn't have to sacrifice sweets/snacks because I never ate them to start with. What is your system?
