Training wheels

My 5-year-old nephew has started riding his bike without training wheels (yeah Jacob!). He's a bit of a wonder in that he just hopped right up and started riding. My 4-year-old is much more cautious. I don't think he's ready just yet, but what's the best way to ease them into riding without training wheels?

Wondering if anyone knows a swimming lessons instructor that will come to your house in the St. Charles area. I'm looking for someone to teach my two boys, but they are at different levels.
