When did you start saving for college? What do you know about Missouri's 529 College Savings Plan?

It looks like most kids only have about 15 minutes to actually eat lunch at school. I'm worried my child will only get a few bites to eat before it's time to go. Any advice on getting kids to finish lunch so quickly? (Especially for a young child, like a first grader)?
