Gizmodo picked up a local story about man who shot his TV because he couldn't get his digital conversion box to work. Was someone missing American Idol?
Included in President Obama's recently passed stimulus bill was a provision that pumped 650 million dollars into the converter box rebate program and moved back the mandatory transition date until June. Now if he could only sign a bill requiring something good to be on TV...

"I'm looking for a copy of the documentary THE HAUNTED HEROES: The World About Us. It was from 1985 and aired on PBS. It was about Vietnam Vets that were living in Washington state wilderness after the war because they couldn't deal with their previous life situations. If you have a copy, I would pay to get it duplicated. Please let me know. Thank you!"
